All vintage and pre-loved items are final sale. 

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage and pre-loved items, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure you carefully read each item description and review all photos thoroughly before placing an order.

If you have any questions regarding sizing, condition, or specific details of an item, please contact us before purchasing, as all sales are final.

Natural signs of wear are normal and expected for vintage and pre-loved. These characteristics are part of the item’s history, authenticity, and charm.

All items are hand-picked, carefully inspected, and curated with attention to quality and longevity.

Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives with a significant issue that was not disclosed in the product description or visible in the photos, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Shipping

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is correct and complete. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect address details.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Rejecting or refusing a package will not result in a refund. The package will be considered abandoned by the courier and any return shipping fees or loss of the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
